FusionChatalyst is a product of 302CustomDesigns. We provide an AI-powered chatbot platform that helps service businesses capture leads, answer visitor questions, and schedule appointments. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform.

Account and business information

When you sign up, we collect your company name, contact name, email address, phone number, and website. This is used to create and manage your account.

Chatbot and lead data

When your website visitors interact with your AI chatbot, the conversation content, contact details they share (name, phone, email, address), and any submitted lead information are stored in your account. You control and own this data.

Payment information

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

Usage data

We collect standard usage information such as pages visited, feature interactions, and session data to improve the platform.

FusionChatalyst offers an optional Google Calendar integration. If you choose to connect your Google Calendar, here is exactly how we use that access:

• Read access: We read your Google Calendar to identify available time slots during your defined business hours. This lets your chatbot offer real-time availability to website visitors.
• Write access: When a visitor confirms an appointment through your live chatbot, we create a calendar event on your behalf with the visitor's name, phone, email, and address in the event description.
• What we do not do: We do not read, store, or share the content of your existing calendar events. We only check whether a given time slot is free or busy.
• Token storage: Your OAuth access token and refresh token are stored securely in our database, associated only with your account. They are used solely to perform the calendar reads and writes described above.
• Revocation: You can disconnect your Google Calendar at any time from your account Settings. Disconnecting immediately removes your tokens from our system.

Our use of Google Calendar data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

If you choose to connect a Cal.com account, we store your Cal.com API key, username, and selected event type in your account. This information is used only to generate and display your Cal.com booking link inside your chatbot's conversations. We do not share your Cal.com credentials with third parties.

You can disconnect your Cal.com account at any time from your account Settings, which removes all stored Cal.com data.

If you configure webhooks (including Zapier integrations), we send conversation and lead data to the URLs you specify. You are responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party services you connect. We apply PII masking to webhook payloads where applicable and maintain delivery logs so you can audit what was sent.

We do not sell your data or your visitors' data to any third party.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Conversation and lead data is retained within your account until you delete it or close your account. Webhook delivery logs are pruned automatically after reaching storage limits. When you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days.

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure credential storage, and access controls to protect your data. No system is completely immune to risk, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@fusionchatalyst.com. If you are located in the EU or UK, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and keep you logged in. We may use analytics cookies to understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
